Sjeriznitlíh Se (Sjeriz /ˈnitlɪ̞/ [eclipse] [slice]) is a subtropical Town located in the Sterfíhkāríhsha Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Sjeriznitlíh Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Sjeriznitlíh Se was founded by Skain Trgadshëm Machen, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Sjeriznitlíh Se has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Sjeriznitlíh Se was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1369, by Skain Trgadshëm Machen. The establishment of Sjeriznitlíh Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Sjeriznitlíh Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Sjeriznitlíh Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sjeriznitlíh Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Sjeriznitlíh Se's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Sjeriznitlíh Se's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Sjeriznitlíh Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Sjeriznitlíh Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Cultural Notes

Sjeriznitlíh Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is long in Sjeriznitlíh Se.

The Hippogriff near Sjeriznitlíh Se are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Sjeriznitlíh Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves square dance to channel Necromancy energies of tier 3 via moments of science.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Sjeriznitlíh Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Sjeriznitlíh Se lost 276 people, 351 livestock, and 65 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 38, when members of Sjeriznitlíh Se's militia enacted an operation to patrol a specific area to dissuade the enemy from their current activities. The operation was complicated by the enemy setting up an ambush. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in victory for Sjeriznitlíh Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Sjeriznitlíh Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.

History
